Rocco Tullio
CEO + FOUNDER
Being a Windsor-native, Rocco Tullio understands what it means to stay true to your roots. Starting Rock Developments in 2001, Tullio has always strived to enhance the local areas around him, bringing together community and commerce. He continues to live in the border city with his wife and three children.
Rocco attended St. Clair College, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Learning from his father’s tenacious work ethic, Tullio started buying and flipping homes in South Windsor, partnering that process with his familial knowledge of construction. From there, his entrepreneurial nature led him towards new endeavors; developing projects on the province’s prime pieces of real estate.
In his secondary role as the President and Governor of the Oshawa Generals, Tullio continues to grow his passions for both people and hockey as well.

VICE PRESIDENT
Josh was born and raised in Windsor Ontario and is a graduate of the University of Windsor. Meticulous and astute judgment are two of the many consistent qualities that have placed him in the role of Vice President. He is a respected, ardent, and results-driven professional, always striving for perfection.
His role as Vice President includes assisting and overseeing the overall day-to-day management of the Rock Developments portfolio, with an aptitude for providing expert advice to ownership.
